Hotel MacRae is located on beautiful Catalina Island and is owned by a local San Luis Obispo family. Catalina has acquired newer, ritzier hotels that pose competition, so the time came to redesign a brochure and a new advertising campaign toward the tourist market. A full color brochure card was created with the focus on "just steps from the beach," while maintaining the family-owned feel.
